Youth for Sustainable Development English

At the very beginning of the publication "Youth for Sustainable development", we are reminded of the message of Indian chief who advises white man to love the land and care for it. Unfortunately, the wise advice has been forgotten and today only a handful of people respect nature. The consequences of this careless behavior are global warming, land erosion, decreased forests areas, polluted waters, extinct animals and plants species…”White man” destroys not only his own home, but also the home of coming generations. When one possesses a thing, they can destroy it as much as they want, as long as they don’t harm anyone else along. However, no one posses nature, plants and animals and thus no one has right to destroy them! We are all only temporary on this Planet and so we have to preserve it for those who come here after us.
