The first meeting of the representatives of the provincial Secretariat for Sport and the Youth and expert consultants in the process of making action plan for politics for the youth in the Autonomous Province
On the 16th of February 2010 the first meeting of expert consultants chosen by the support of the project of Citizens Association “Environment Engineering Group” from Novi Sad on a tender for making action local plan for politics for the youth in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina for the period from 2010 to 2014 and representatives of the Provincial Secretariat for sport and the youth.
People present at the meeting: Ms. Tatjana Banjanin Pejić – the deputy for the youth, Mr. Igor Jezdimirović , Mr. Vladimir Kozbašić , Mr. Dorijan Petrić , Ms. Višnja Nežić , Ms. Biljana Rakić , Ms. Tamara Borovica, Ms. Milica Paskulov, Ms. Marijana Rodić, Ms. Helena Hiršberger, Ms. Milisav Milinković, Ms. Jovana Reba, Ms. Snežana Stanković.
The following issues were determined at the meeting: directions of work, dynamic of activities and deadlines for each segment in making action plan for the youth in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, the way of communicating of the representatives of our Secretariat and expert consultants, the way of involving and communicating with other bodies (resources Secretariats , the Ministry for the Youth and Sport , non-governmental organizations) , documents that are necessary to be analyzed for making a concrete suggestion for measures for Action plan for the youth, duties of the Provincial Secretariat for Sport and the Youth and each of the expert consultants.
A time frame was defined and according to it the working text for action plan is supposed to be finished in April, the tender for the promotion of action plan for the youth in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina in the period between 2010 and 2014 is supposed to be announced by the end of April 2010, debates between non-governmental organizations in cooperation with the Office for the Youth on the forthcoming measures of the action plan are supposed to be held in May, June and July and defining the final document (after received reports from the debates held) is planned for August.
